In 1977 the Durants took the time to record 14 talks that eloquently reveal that history is not simply about dates and reigns, but about people and how they interact and what they learn from each other and, most importantly, what we have to learn from the great people of the past. These talks would form the basis of Will Durant's last literary work, Heroes of History.
